We had our first road trip this fall with the #womensaber team to @novafencing near #washingtondc @phoebectodd @elina_wunnava @cathleenrandall3 and Anna were all competing this weekend and we had a ton of fun.
Strength training is starting to pay off at @elevate.health.and.fitness! The team is realizing how important this is for the competitive level they want to obtain.
We like to 🎶 sing! We might have to work on a tune to further intimate our opponents… but singing on the drive home was way fun. I’ve never heard a group of boys sing like this on a van trip, but I think it’s possible. We will see if they too are up for the 80’s song challenge…
