Forge Fencing Excels – 2023-24 Season Review

With the conclusion of Forge at the 2024 Summer Nationals & July Challenge, and the start of a new USA Fencing competitive season upon us, we’d like to extend CONGRATULATIONS to all Forge Fencers who competed locally, regionally, and nationally in the past season (2023-2024). Your accomplishments were impressive!

Regional & National Patch Winners

Each season USA Fencing awards patches to the highest ranked fencers in their regions. “These patches recognize the most successful youth, cadet and junior fencers in each of the six fencing regions and are based on each fencer’s performance at regional tournaments…. There also are patches to recognize the top Division IA, Division II and Veteran fencers based on their performance at regional tournaments.” Forge Fencing Academy & Club is proud to announce we have four fencers who have earned patches for the 2023-24 season.

All-American & All-Academic Teams

USA Fencing and Absolute Fencing Gear partnered to recognize young fencers who have excelled in high school with All-Academic Team honors. The USA Fencing High School All-American program recognizes athletes pursuing academics as one of the best high school fencers in the country. In addition to their superior skills in the sport, All-Americans exhibit excellent leadership and sportsmanship. Tyson Deck made the First Team in both!
