HIGH PERFORMANCE:
3x weekly practice with a focus on physical fitness. Elevate your fitness with guest fitness trainer Tre! Monday and Wednesday 6:30-9:30pm and Saturdays Noon-3pm. Schedule change begins July 11th.
ACADEMY:
We are differentiating LEVEL I and LEVEL II based on skill attainment. Level II classes start July 11th.

August 30-September 1: SWAP MEET, PARENT CONFERENCES and EVALUATION LESSONS during club open hours. Set the intention for the season, make sure you have the gear you need, tour our facility, and meet our entire coaching staff!
