We’re excited to announce Forge Fitness, a new fitness and injury prevention program designed specifically for fencers! Led by Dr. Elizabeth Scott ("Coach Liz"), a historical fencing coach, Duke Fencing team physician, and High Performance epee fencer, this program will help athletes build strength, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk. Liz brings her expertise from Sprezzatura Sports & Wellness, where she specializes in performance coaching for the global historical fencing community.

Forge Fitness launches later this month and will be integrated into our Monday and Saturday fitness classes, with modular workouts for independent training and scaled fitness modules for all levels, from Academy to High Performance. We’re excited to see the positive impact this will have on our athletes
